Singing
„Sasutalas“
About

“Sasutalas”, a group of contract singers of different ages, gathered in 2008. The group continues the old tradition of multipart singing, when songs were solo, sung by families living close to each other, or women that agreed well. “Sasutalas” performs multipart songs of different singing methods. Some of them even have their own specific dances, so you can also dance while singing. During the rehearsals, the women’s ensemble improves their vocal abilities, learns vocal and instrumental multipart songs, and organizes various concert programs. They devote a lot of time and attention to listening to and analyzing multipart song records.
